We absolutely guarantee that in no event we will give, sell, or otherwise provide your E-mail address to others. Our sole purpose with our E-mail lists is to provide you with up-to-date information you requested on occasions you requested for.

Frequency.
The mIRC Release-list is a low volume, low frequency announcement list. Typically you will get one E-mail right after each release, several times a year. The list is not a discussion list, there will be only one poster, me, the listmaster of mIRC Co. Ltd. We will not use or abuse this list for other messages.

Removal from the list.
It is very easy to get removed from the list. Just use the unsubscribe form below.

Also bouncing E-mail, or in fact -any- reply to the Release-list, will result in removal from the list. When you subscribe to the mailing list you will recieve a confirmation by E-mail with detailed instructions how you can unsubscribe, apart from the above unsubscribe form.

We reserve the right to remove addresses and/or people from our E-mail lists and/or machines without notification or explanation. We also reserve the right to refuse people and/or machines from certain addresses and/or domains access to our E-mail lists and/or machines without notification or explanation.
